We use the Santa Maria method of grilling over an Open Pit fueled with Red Oak Wood that is indigenous to the Central Coast of California.  We feature the traditional Santa Maria "Style" bbq meal...Tri-Tip, Chicken, Beef Ribs, BBQ Beans, Salad & Garlic Bread. We also serve other items such as St. Louis Ribs, Pulled Pork, Appetizers, Sandwiches, Salads.
